Everything was very good, perfect location close to the major attractions, the staff were extremely friendly! Enjoyed to spend 4 days in our well-designed double room with heating, mini fridge plus very comfortable beds.

This hotel is a fabulous base for a trip in Mardin. The venue rooms are well-equipped with good view. There is a central heating, multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge-bar - that's always a plus. The staff are helpful as well as the owner.
